Step-by-step legalisation for use in the State of Qatar
Obtain the original Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) issued and signed by the South African Police Service in Pretoria.
The original PCC is submitted to the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) for authentication and an official stamp.
The document is presented to the Embassy of the State of Qatar for final legalisation, ensuring it is recognized by Qatari authorities.
Once in Qatar, the document receives a final stamp from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to be fully valid for your visa or employer.
The original hard-copy document issued by the relevant SA department (e.g., Original PCC, Degree, or Unabridged Certificate).
A high-quality scan or photocopy of the document holder's data page (the page with your photo).
Confirmation of the country where the document will be used (e.g., Qatar, UAE, UK) to ensure the correct legal route.
In some cases, a signed authorization letter allowing us to act on your behalf at DIRCO or Embassies.
Note: We cannot work with certified copies for most international legalisations. Original documents are almost always mandatory.
